FAQ

Q: Can I bring my own hair?
A: We recommend to use hair from Bundlez by Jay to guarantee quality and results, if you choose to bring your own bundles, a €20 fee will apply. 
 

Q: How do I book a hair-included appointment?
A: Simply book a hair-included service via our booking system.
Please note: these appointments must be booked at least 12 business days in advance.
 

After booking, we will contact you via WhatsApp to finalize your curl pattern (pixie, dream, island,fiji or ocean curly).
 
 
APPOINTMENTS
• Please arrive with clean, blow-dried hair (no product)
• No extra guests allowed
• Squeeze-in appointments (outside working hours) are €25 via WhatsApp
 
 
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
• A deposit is required to secure your appointment
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Remaining amount can be paid by cash or card
 
 
LATE POLICY
• 10-minute grace period
• After 10 minutes: €10 late fee
• After 20 minutes: appointment will be cancelled
 
 
CANCELLATIONS
• Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations require a new deposit
• No-shows without communication will result in being blocked
